| Quality of life is a topic closely related to every human individual,and improving the quality of life of residents and improving the quality of life of residents is the core requirement of China’s development.In recent years,the quality of life of residents has been greatly improved,but at the same time,there are still problems such as uneven income and weak access to public services.Urban-rural relations are the most basic socio-economic relations and the main body of social development,and promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural residents’ quality of life has become a key node for China’s high-quality development.Therefore,the study of the quality of life of urban and rural residents in Handi County has important practical value for solving the imbalance between urban and rural areas.This paper aims to narrow the urban-rural gap and improve the quality of life of urban and rural residents,and uses entropy-weight-TOPSIS model,Thiel index and multi-scale geographically weighted regression model to measure the quality of life of urban and rural residents in Harbin from 2014 to 2020,analyze the degree of difference and the mechanism of difference formation,and propose an optimization strategy to improve the quality of life of urban and rural residents and narrow the gap between urban and rural residents based on the above key influencing factors.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of time evolution,from 2014 to 2020,the quality of life of urban and rural residents in Harbin was in a low-level fluctuation.In urban areas,except for Hulan District,Pingfang District,Acheng District and Shuangcheng District,the quality of life of residents in Hulan District increased,the remaining 5 municipal districts were in a state of decline,and in rural areas,the quality of life of residents in Yanshou County,Bin County and Mulan County decreased,the remaining 6 counties were on the rise.There is still a big difference in the quality of life of urban and rural residents in Harbin.(2)In terms of spatial distribution,the quality of life of urban and rural residents in Harbin has obvious differentiation structure,and the quality of life of urban residents is higher than that of rural residents as a whole,and there is an obvious polar core structure with the bungalow area in the high-quality of life area as the growth pole.From 2014 to 2020,the areas with a high level of quality of life were distributed in urban areas and reduced to Songbei District.The "unbalanced" distribution of areas with lower quality of life is in the central and peripheral municipal districts of rural areas,and extends to most urban areas;Areas with low quality of life are distributed in rural areas.The quality of life of urban and rural residents in Harbin also showed obvious H-H agglomeration characteristics,and the coverage of agglomeration areas was shrinking year by year.(3)In terms of difference analysis,from 2014 to 2020,the overall difference in the quality of life of urban and rural residents in Harbin is developing in a balanced direction.The quality of life of residents in urban and rural areas of Harbin has also gradually shrunk,but the difference in quality of life of residents in urban areas is much greater than that in rural areas.From the perspective of differential contribution rate,the difference in quality of life between urban and rural residents in Harbin is largely determined by the difference between urban and rural areas.(4)In terms of formation mechanism,the difference in the quality of life of urban and rural residents in Harbin is mainly affected by the combined effect of factors such as traffic level,income and expenditure,people’s livelihood improvement index,economic level and facility level,and its influence is from large to small for traffic level> revenue and expenditure> people’s livelihood improvement index> economic level > facility level.Among them,traffic level is the dominant factor in the formation of the difference in quality of life between urban and rural residents in Harbin.Income and expenditure are the basic factors for the difference in the quality of life of urban and rural residents.The people’s livelihood improvement index is a key factor in the formation of the difference in the quality of life between urban and rural residents.Economic level is a guarantee factor for the difference in quality of life between urban and rural residents.The level of facilities is a supporting factor for the difference in the quality of life of urban and rural residents.(5)In terms of optimization strategies,we will maintain the quality of life of urban residents by expanding multiple types of travel modes,improving the income distribution system,opening up fiscal revenue channels,promoting the transformation of urban industrial structure,and building intelligent facilities and service platforms.By strengthening the construction of transportation inside and outside rural areas,promoting the integration of three industries to promote employment,setting scientific and reasonable fiscal expenditure,developing the Internet + industry model,and rationally planning the layout of rural three-level facilities to improve the quality of life of rural residents,so as to narrow the difference in the quality of life of urban and rural residents,and jointly build a living environment suitable for work,livability,travel,prosperity and sharing. |
