In recent years, with the national emphasis on the physical health of adolescents and the introduction of relevant intervention policies, through the joint efforts of society, schools, and families, the physical health of adolescents in our country has improved to some extent compared to the past, but there are still problems such as obesity and the rising rate of myopia.Latin dance,as a form of physical exercise,is deeply loved by young people and has a good effect on improving their physical health.Latin dance is a kind of skill performance sports event.According to the analysis of the characteristics of its sports events,it requires young Latin dance practitioners to have a good strength quality as the foundation, especially lower limb strength,in order to better display the dynamic and aesthetic feeling of Latin dance. However, how to scientifically and systematically improve the strength quality of young Latin dance practitioners? Currently, there is no relatively clear and complete teaching and training content in amateur Latin dance training institutions, and there is a certain lag compared to other well developed ball games and other projects.Based on this, this article applies the pressure training method to the training of the lower limb strength quality of young Latin dance practitioners aged 12-15,with a view to improving the lower limb strength quality of young Latin dance practitioners, improving their special skills, enriching the Latin dance teaching content and training methods, and promoting the comprehensive quality development of young people. This article comprehensively uses the methods of literature review, expert interviews, experiments, and mathematical statistics to study the impact of pressure training on the lower limb strength quality of 12-15 year old Latin dance practitioners. In the specific experiment,40 Latin dance practitioners aged 12 to 15 years old from Anyang Dance Zetian Art Training Base were selected as the experimental subjects. The experimental group used pressure training, while the control group used traditional weight bearing training. Finally, through experimental comparative analysis, the following results and conclusions were obtained:Research results:(1)Before the experiment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, height, weight, training years, lower limb fast strength, lower limb strength endurance, and specific performance(p>0.05).(2)Before and after the experiment, there was a significant difference in the results of lower limb circumference, standing long jump,15 s cowboy kick, double heel lifting stand,60 s cowboy kick, and special skills between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.01).There was a significant difference in lower limb circumference, standing long jump,15 s cowboy kick, double heel lifting stand,60 s calf kick, and special skills between the control group and the control group(p<0.01).(3)Before and after the experiment, the test results of two groups of standing long jump,15 s cowboy kick, and special skills have significant differences. The difference between the two groups before and after the experiment was significant(p<0.01)in terms of time value, basic rhythm, rhythmic expressiveness, and footwork skill scores(p<0.01).Before and after the experiment, there were no significant differences between the two groups in lower limb circumference, heel lift,60 s cowboy kick, body lines, and dance style in specific performance(p>0.05).Research conclusions:(1)The results of multiple tests such as left and right thigh circumference, lower limb fast strength, and lower limb strength endurance show that the effect of pressure training is significantly superior to traditional weight bearing training.(2)The pressure training method has significant advantages in improving the professional skills of young Latin dance practitioners, especially in the field of time value and basic rhythm, rhythm expression and footwork skills. The effect of pressure training is significantly better than traditional weight training.(3)Pressure training not only enhances the professional skills of practitioners, but also breaks the monotony of traditional weight-bearing training and increases their interest in training.
