The first experiment explored the attentional bias and cognitive processing of mobile phone dependent college students.Experiment 2 explored the intervention effect of mindfulness group counseling on attentional bias of mobile phone addicts. In the first experiment,34 subjects were selected from the non-mobile phone dependent group, the mindfulness group and the reading group by using the scale.First, all the three groups of subjects participated in the point probe paradigm and the cue-target paradigmto test whether the cognitive processing process of attentional bias was attention vigilance or attention disengagement difficulty. Then, the mindfulness group was trained for 8 weeks and the reading control group was trained for 8 weeks. The intervention effect of mindfulness training on attentional bias was tested..The results of experiment 1 show that,1)the reaction time of the mindfulness group and the reading group to mobile phone words is faster than neutral words(P<0.01);2)The reaction time of mobile phone pictures is significantly faster than neutral pictures(P<0.001).Experiment 2 show that,1)After mindfulness training, there is no significant difference in the mindfulness group.2)The mobile phone dependence scale and mindfulness scale shows that there is a significant difference between the mindfulness and the reading control group after mindfulness training(P<0.001),there was significant difference in the mindfulness group before and after test(P<0.001).3)The short-term and eight-week mindfulness training are consistent:there is no significant difference in the reaction time of the mindfulness group.4)In the follow-up test, there is no significant difference between mobile phone-related words and neutral words. To sum up,mobile phone dependent college students have attentional bias to mobile phone related words, and the cognitive processing of attentional bias is attentional alert. Both short-term and long-term mindfulness training can effectively intervene the attentional bias of mobile phone dependent patients, and the intervention effect is relatively lasting..Figure 3;Table 16;Reference 124.
