"NE" is a typical Sentence-Final Particles commonly used in Chinese, and its usage is very flexible. For Sino-Tibetan native speakers and Indo-European native speakers with different mood types, there may be differences in the acquisition of the Sentence-Final Particles "NE".This paper explores the acquisition of Indo-European and Sino-Tibetan native speakers " NE " through comprehension tests, output tests, and interlanguage corpus: How well do the two types of learners understand the need to use "NE" in various contexts? Is "it" used actively or incorrectly in various contexts? What usages of "NE" have they mastered? What are the characteristics of the acquisition of "NE" in different stages? What are the factors that affect their acquisition? After research,we have come to the following conclusions: 1.The learner has a good understanding of "NE",and the output accuracy rate is relatively low.2.The degree of understanding and output of the use of "NE" for question sentences is better than that of "NE" for declarative sentences."NE" is best used to ask brief questions,to indicate deep study,to indicate the situation, and to indicate reminders,to indicate the state of affairs, and to use idioms is the least well acquired.3."NE" has just been activated in the primary stage, and the number of uses is very small;from the intermediate to advanced stage, the understanding and use of "NE" has made great progress, the number has soared, and the use is more accurate and natural.4.The understanding of "NE" among Indo-European native speakers and Sino-Tbetan speakers is generally the same as the frequency distribution of use in various usages, and the frequency of active use of "NE" in relevant contexts is not high. The acquisition process of "NE" for Sino-Tbetan native speakers is faster than that of Indo-European native speakers, and the overall number of uses is higher, and the overall accuracy rate is also higher.5.The order of acquisition of "NE" is: N1 briefly asks> N2 asks deeply> N2 modalities> N2 pauses> N2 counter-questions> N1 reminds > N2 events> N1 idioms.6.The influencing factors of "NE" acquisition are:the degree of difference between the type of tone between the mother tongue and the Chinese language, the difficulty of meaning cognition, the frequency of input by native speakers, and the use of avoidance strategies.
