Research On Evaluation And Promotion Of Cultural And Tourism Industry Integration In Kunming City

Since the implementation of reform and opening up,as an emerging tourism industry,it has achieved the rapid development of the whole industry chain in a new model and independent form,and the tourism development pattern with inbound tourism as the support point in the past has changed to a new development pattern under the combined effect of inbound and outbound tourism and domestic tourism.Although China’s cultural heritage resources are very rich,compared with the average level of the world’s cultural industry,the overall development level of China’s cultural industry is still slightly insufficient,and it is urgent to break the industrial boundary for industrial integration development,plus the innovative industry model to break the bottleneck encountered in industrial integration.The in-depth and all-round integration mode and coordinated development demand of cultural industry and tourism industry not only adapt to the trend of continuous optimization of industrial structure under the new situation,but also greatly conform to the new cultural consumption demand of China’s domestic tourism market,and at the same time play an irreplaceable role in the process of building a modern socialist cultural power and tourism power in the new era.At present,although Kunming has made some achievements in development,it still faces some problems,such as unbalanced regional economic development and uncoordinated cooperation between regions.To this end,this paper carries out relevant basic scientific and empirical research,measures and evaluates the complementary advantages and synergy of Kunming’s cultural and tourism resources,and further carries out research on the differences and complementarities of tourism resources on this basis.Through the collation of relevant literature,the focus of the paper is:(1)from the analysis of the development status of cultural and tourism industry integration in Kunming,including geography,cultural resources overview,the respective development status of cultural industry and tourism industry,and the characteristics,advantages and existing problems of current cultural and tourism industry integration;(2)Establish the respective index systems of Kunming’s cultural industry and tourism industry,comprehensively analyze the coupling degree of Kunming’s cultural industry and tourism industry and their respective development level indexes by constructing a coupling and coordination model of cultural industry and tourism industry,and use statistical related tools and analysis methods to comprehensively analyze the coupling degree of Kunming’s cultural industry and tourism industry,as well as their respective development level indexes,and on this basis,measure and analyze and study the integrated development level of Kunming’s cultural and tourism industry;(3)On the basis of measuring the coupling and coordination degree of Kunming’s cultural tourism industry,the gray correlation degree model is constructed,and statistical analysis tools such as SPSS and MATLAB are used to clearly point out the main indicators and secondary indicators that affect the current integration and development of Kunming’s cultural and tourism industry.Through the above analysis and evaluation,we have obtained the following research results:(1)Kunming’s cultural industry has shown a year-by-year increase trend from 2010 to 2020,and the development level has remained stable,while the tourism industry,as a pillar industry in Kunming,is one of the most competitive industries with strong development prospects.In this study,after a brief peak in 2019,the growth rate of Kunming’s cultural industry became slow and showed a fluctuating upward trend,and on the whole,the development trend of Kunming’s tourism industry was slightly higher than that of the cultural industry.(2)In the eleven years from 2010 to 2020,Kunming has been in the trend of integrating the development level of cultural industry and tourism industry.During this period,the integration development level index of its cultural tourism industry was at a medium level,and the results showed that the transition from a mild disorder in 2010 to a barely coordinated state in 2019 showed that Kunming began to pay more and more attention to the general trend of cultural and tourism integration with the passage of time,and maintained the state of cultural and tourism integration in a benign development stage.(3)The main indicators affecting the coupling and coordination degree of culture and tourism industry in Kunming are: total tourism revenue,total number of tourists,domestic tourists,investment in culture,sports and entertainment,proportion of total tourism income to the city’s GDP,travel agencies,domestic art performances,domestic art performance audiences,public library collections,travel agency employees,cultural relics business expenses,and employees of accommodation and catering legal person enterprises.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions that can effectively improve the integrated development level of Kunming’s culture and tourism industry from five aspects: government function guidance,talent team training,cultural tourism product development,integration model innovation and development environment creation.
