The regional propaganda film constructs the regional image through the videoes,which enables the audience to have a more comprehensive understanding of the regional characteristics.In the era of the prevalence of self-media,the promotion and popularization of various film and television shooting equipment and production technologies enables self-media platforms and users to spontaneously create regional promotional films.Therefore,a large number of regional propaganda films have appeared on the Internet.However,the quality of these films is uneven,and the regional image is not well shaped.In recent years,the production technology of Shanxi regional promotional films has been continuously improved,and the production level has also been improved.However,there are still certain shortcomings in shaping the regional image of Shanxi,and the regional characteristics of Shanxi have not been prominently reflected.There is also a lack of theoretical guidance in academia.From the perspective of practice,the article combines the current situation of Shanxi regional propaganda films with graduation work,and focuses on how to use video to construct the regional image of Shanxi.In the first part,the article introduces the region and regional propaganda films,and analyzes the characteristics of the regional propaganda films and the regional characteristics of Shanxi.In the second part,the article analyzes the symbols in the regional propaganda films of Shanxi and the meaning behind them.In the third part,the article analyzes the characters in the regional propaganda films of Shanxi,and sorts out the main characters in the graduation work.In the fourth part,the article analyzes the story elements such as narration and plot in the regional propaganda films of Shanxi.In the fifth part,the article analyzes the audio-visual language in the regional propaganda films of Shanxi from the perspective of audio-visual art.This article also combines the author’s graduation work Miss Righteousness Person.It is hoped that the theoretical analysis and creative practice of this article can guide the shaping of the regional image of Shanxi in the regional propaganda films.
