Nuclear energy has long been seen as a clean energy source,so it is favored.However,the large-scale development of nuclear energy has brought about nuclear pollution,nuclear threat and nuclear disaster.These problems do great harm to human beings and are irreversible,and even threaten the survival of the earth and human beings.There is no doubt that workers who enter radioactive environment for maintenance and nuclear inspection due to a nuclear accident will suffer a large number of radiation effects,which will lead to the death of personnel in serious cases.In addition,there are many tasks to be performed by manual operation,and the more complicated manual operation,the greater the probability of errors,thus leading to more serious accidents.One important way to address the nuclear threat is to develop robots.In recent years,foreign tesla power company and Boston Power company and other companies have launched a number of power robots.Committed to resolving a possible nuclear crisis and made great progress.Therefore,people through research and development and optimization and emergency robot,so as to replace human in the nuclear power plant daily supervision and maintenance,has broad development progress.The purpose of this paper is to break the fixed pattern of industrial design through the design method and thinking of animation modeling and provide more modeling design ideas for nuclear emergency robot in an interdisciplinary way.Thus,the modeling of nuclear emergency robot can be optimized and the modeling design thinking of nuclear emergency robot can be improvedThe method is to extract more feasible modeling from the unconstrained animation modeling;By analyzing and comparing the existing key mechanism of nuclear emergency robot at home and abroad,the optimized mechanism can be extracted,and more modeling optimization schemes can be provided for nuclear emergency robot with the thinking of animation modeling.This paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapter is the introduction: the research background,research significance and research status of nuclear emergency robot at home and abroad are described,and the origin of the research is studied.The second chapter analyzes the functional modules of nuclear emergency robot,and analyzes the design styles,design ideas and design methods of animation modeling at home and abroad.The third chapter is the exploration of the animation modeling of nuclear emergency robot,introducing and analyzing the animation modeling of domestic and foreign animation works and combining the functional modules of nuclear emergency robot at home and abroad.The fourth chapter is the summary and prospect of the research and exploration,and puts forward suggestions for the next research.We extracted the characteristic structure of robot role modeling from animation works and applied it in the modeling design of nuclear emergency robot.Designed a special nuclear emergency robot modeling.Through interdisciplinary methods,more creative nuclear emergency robots are developed on the basis of meeting the original functional requirements,which provides new design exploration and research for the designers of nuclear emergency robots.
