Research On The Sense Of Community For The Chinese Nation From The Perspective Of Materialist Historical Perspective

The sense of community of the Chinese nation is the emotional identity basis for building the consensus of the whole people,promoting ethnic unity,safeguarding national unity and realizing national rejuvenation.It is a multi-level collective consciousness of politics,economy,culture,ecology,society,region and history gradually formed by various ethnic groups living on the land of China through long-term exchanges,contacts and integration in the formation and development of "Chinese civilization".In the practice of the struggle of the Chinese nation led by the Communist Party of China,the theoretical achievements created in light of the specific conditions of our country,after reviewing the historical development of the Chinese nation and examining the changes at home and abroad,are an important measure to rally the strength of the whole nation in order to promote the national rejuvenation.Nowadays,facing the "two overall situations",it is necessary to firmly build the Chinese nation’s community consciousness under the guidance of the grand historical view.While sorting out the historical development of the Chinese nation’s community entity under the guidance of historical materialism,it also clarifies the influence of the social existence of the Chinese nation’s community entity on the formation and development of the Chinese nation’s community consciousness.To grasp the development logic and dig the historical value is the key to promote the development of Chinese nation’s sense of community.The Chinese nation grew out of the emergence of state power.In the construction of state power,people of all ethnic groups within a country began to play their respective roles in the common economic life within their own country or between countries,which opened the exchange and interaction between ethnic groups.The Chinese nation community was formed after the establishment of a unified state in the Qin and Han Dynasties.After the integration of some ethnic groups through war,they began to have more common life including economy,culture and politics under the unified environment.Under the guidance of the idea of "unity" and the culture of "harmony",a common understanding has been formed in more fields,that is,a free sense of community,and then a de facto national community has been gradually formed.With the expansion of the unified national territory and the enlargement of the economic,political and cultural radiation,more and more different ethnic groups have stepped onto the stage of history.While developing economy and politics,the unique cultural thoughts of each ethnic group have also merged into the community,gradually forming a diversified and integrated entity like the Chinese nation community.The consciousness of the Chinese nation community was formed in the struggle of various ethnic groups against foreign insults after the Opium War.In the face of external aggression and internal oppression,the awakening of the consciousness of "national self-rescue" promoted the strengthening of the cohesion among the ethnic groups,and all the ethnic groups gradually began to awaken the conscious community consciousness.Influenced by the modern ethnic theory,some advanced people led by Mr.Liang Qichao proposed and developed the concept of "Chinese nation",which opened the process of the conscious community consciousness of the Chinese nation.The consciousness of community of the Chinese nation is deepened in the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the period of the new Democratic Revolution,under the joint efforts of the Communist Party of China and the people of all ethnic groups in China,the consciousness of the Chinese nation community has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Especially in the early days of the founding of New China,the construction of the "big family of the Chinese nation" became one of the main tasks of the new China,and then the construction of the "big family" gradually sublimated to the construction of the Chinese nation community.Starting from the materialist view of history,the understanding of the historical process of the formation and development of the consciousness of community of the Chinese nation is helpful to further explore the practical path to forge the consciousness of community of the Chinese nation in the current new development stage.Compared with history,today’s Chinese nation is in two overall situations,facing a complex range of risks and challenges such as unbalanced and inadequate development,the impact of narrow nationalism and diverse social trends of thought,and the destruction of separatist forces at home and abroad.However,through a correct coordination of the two overall situations,Under such favorable conditions as the leadership of the Party,the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the new development concept,we can simultaneously promote the common development of different regions,give full play to our institutional advantages,strengthen the education of the "five identities",improve all kinds of livelihood issues,and protect and manage the ecological environment.Then we can further explore practical ways to strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation.This will help the sense of community of the Chinese nation in the hearts of people of all ethnic groups take deeper root,spread more branches and scatter more leaves.
