The Evolution Of Musical Language And Interpretation Of Fauré’s Piano Impromptus

Faur(?) is a musical bridge connecting the 19 th and 20 th centuries,and has made an indelible contribution to the development of French music.His music has the charm of classicism,romanticism and impressionism.Faur(?)’s life can be divided into three creative stages.In the early stage,influenced by Schumann,Chopin and others,his music style was delicate and elegant,and the form was regular and balanced.In the middle and late stages,he gradually pursued personalized musical language,using bold harmony and changeable Tonality and other musical elements to express inner emotions.This article focuses on the five piano impromptus,which have been throughout his life.The article starts with Faur(?)’s life as an entry point,explores the influence of the French social and cultural environment on his creative style,and briefly summarizes his five improvisations.The third chapter explores the evolution process of the music language of the five works from the perspectives of musical form structure,mode tonality,harmony color,melodic characteristics,and rhythmic speed.The fourth chapter,on the basis of a certain understanding of the composer Faur(?)and this set of works,combined with the author’s own performance experience,interprets the performance from three levels: touch key,pedal and rubato.
