| At present, the number of users of Chinese learning software is gradually increasing, and various types of Chinese learning software are constantly emerging, and the quality of teaching and content is uneven. This paper refers to the more mature evaluation scale for the quality assessment of mobile application software in the computer field, and adjusts the scale based on the characteristics of Chinese learning mobile application software to form an evaluation scale for the teaching quality and content design of Chinese learning software. After the scale was formulated, the author took the Super Chinese app, which currently has a large number of users,as the research object, and conducted questionnaire surveys and online interviews with Italian Chinese learners and Chinese and foreign Chinese teachers to obtain evaluation and improvement suggestions for Super Chinese app.The results show that teachers and students have a good overall evaluation of Super Chinese APP,especially at the level of teaching dimension, and the survey shows that the software has a high evaluation in after-class practice feedback, learning process recording, and consolidation of weak points, etc.,and the problems are that the difficulty of practice is low,the effectiveness needs to be considered, and the teaching difficulties are not clear enough. At the level of content dimension, the topic design of the APP is rich and novel, and the content quality is scientific and rigorous, but at the same time, there is still room for improvement, such as poor searchability and accessibility of content, less communicative practice content in after-class exercises, and the hierarchy of exercises needs to be further improved. On the basis of this survey, the author puts forward the following suggestions for improvement: at the level of teaching dimension, add more personalized teaching services, and refine teaching objectives and teaching difficulties. At the content dimension level, appropriately add extended data or extended functions;Adjust and optimize the difficulty level matching of knowledge points under certain units to better meet the four suggestions such as the law of language learning. |
