| Teaching anxiety,an emotional state of teachers in the teaching process,belongs to psychological category.The young age and complex family background of ethnic Chinese children and online teaching mode,bring certain teaching anxiety to novice Chinese teachers for online ethnic Chinese children,which not only affects the physical and mental health of teachers,but also affects their teaching work.According to the current researches,the researches on the teaching anxiety of Chinese teachers start late and the number is limited.Therefore,by means of questionnaire survey,interview and data analysis,this paper takes novice Chinese teachers for online ethnic Chinese children as its research object and tries to find out the specific teaching anxiety performance and causes of novice Chinese teachers for online ethnic Chinese children from five dimensions,which are pre-class anxiety,classroom performance anxiety,classroom atmosphere and order anxiety,class questioning anxiety and teaching feedback anxiety.Then puts forward the strategies to relieve their teaching anxiety.From the research result,it can be concluded that online Chinese teachers for overseas children do have teaching anxiety.In the dimension of pre-class anxiety,the teachers’ anxiety is mainly about how much time they spend on lesson preparation and the lesson preparation contents.In the dimension of classroom performance anxiety,the teachers’ anxiety is mainly about the use of the media language.In the dimension of classroom atmosphere and order anxiety,the teachers’ anxiety is mainly about students’ state,classroom order and emergencies.In the dimension of class questioning anxiety,the teachers’ anxiety is mainly about what the students will ask and how to organize the language to answer the students’ questions.In the dimension of teaching feedback anxiety,the teachers’ anxiety is mainly about the effectiveness of the teaching and the evaluation of others.Based on the contents of teachers’ teaching anxiety,the causes of the teaching anxiety of novice Chinese teachers for online ethnic Chinese children are summarized from the teachers’ own factors and external factors,and the strategies for relieving teaching anxiety are proposed,such as improving teachers’ professional and psychological quality,strengthening teacher training in educational institutions,and strengthening the professional learning of college students. |
