Application Of Flat Graphic Design In City Theme Posters Research

With the continuous development of technology,the speed of information dissemination is also increasing,and the way of transmission is also changing.In terms of posters,from paper posters to electronic posters,the text and image information conveyed in the posters can break restrictions with the development of technology,and their information expression methods also develop with the development of design styles.Through the attempt of flat graphic design in poster design,the new style of posters in the information age will be presented.The content of these posters will be a flat and summarized city,color extraction,and perceptual poster design.Compared to other forms of artistic expression,flat graphic design is more in line with some subjective feelings conveyed,while traditional forms of artistic expression such as photography and hand-painting are influenced by subjective and objective factors such as the environment and the technical level of creators.Flat graphic design is currently popular,starting with the flat design of the Windows 7 system.In just over a decade,flat graphic design has rapidly developed and permeated various fields.Nowadays,no design is not flat.Flat graphic design is just a popular graphic design style at the moment,so we should take its essence,discard its dross,and bring its greatest advantage into our design.Speaking of the topic of this paper,poster design for the city theme,I chose this city theme because it is an important component of human civilization,a material home and spiritual sustenance for people,and promotes the city’s culture in the form of posters.Displaying an abstract urban impression in the form of concrete posters requires designers to spend their minds and use visual language to express their true inner thoughts.Through the selection of themes and using their respective techniques and techniques of expression,they demonstrate the cultural connotation,artistic characteristics,regional customs,and cultural landscapes of a city.Based on the above information,we will launch our graduation design and design a flat style poster against the background of Wuhan,a city with a long history and profound cultural heritage.
