Since ancient times,we have advocated "make no social distinctions in teaching",and the concept of educational fairness is deeply rooted in people."Internet +" music support education mode breaks through the restriction of traditional music support education mode,extends the music teaching in rural schools in terms of distance and space,and brings new opportunities for the development of music support education mode.Studying the service level of "Internet +" music voluntary education is an important way to realize the effective sharing of high-quality music education resources with small-scale rural schools and promote the fair and high-quality development of education.The thesis "Research on the Strategy of Improving the service level of" Internet "music voluntary Teaching--Taking the Collaborative Innovation Experimental Base of Northwest Normal University as an example" contains three directions of efforts: First,understand the establishment background and implementation construction of the collaborative innovation experimental base of Northwest Normal University;Secondly,the author devoted himself to the "Internet" music support education project,conducted comprehensive research on the "Internet" music support education classroom,students and teachers,and tried to find out the main problems since the implementation of the project and analyze the causes through the observation,recording of the classroom and questionnaire interview.Finally,through the analysis of the causes of the main problems,the author puts forward the strategies to improve the service level of "Internet" music voluntary education.Based on the above arrangement,the author uses the Flanders classroom observation method in qualitative research to observe and record the "Internet" music voluntary teaching classroom,deeply analyzes the representative examples of "Internet" music voluntary teaching class,and then conducts a questionnaire survey among rural teachers,students and normal university students of music voluntary teaching to further analyze the existing problems and the causes of the problems.Finally,from the perspective of class,the relevant government departments and after-sales service,put forward relevant solutions.This paper tries to find out the strategies to improve the service level of "Internet" music voluntary education and promote the further improvement and construction of "Internet" music voluntary education.
