Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Strategy Of Rural Culture Revitalization In The New Era

Under the realistic background of Socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,China’s outstanding development dilemma is the traditional "Three Rural Issues".In order to steadily advance the process of rural modernization,we need to address the issue of imbalanced urban-rural development.The successive promulgation of various central directives,policy documents,and laws and regulations related to rural revitalization has provided strong policy support for China’s implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The timely achievement of the first centenary goal has also laid a solid economic foundation for the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy at present.At the same time,rural revitalization relies on the continuous advancement of China’s modernization process,and has also made many breakthroughs in concrete practice.In this context,in-depth special case studies on the current situation of rural cultural revitalization and optimization strategies are of great value for inheriting the Marxist rural cultural construction thought,enriching and developing the CPC’s rural cultural construction theory,enhancing China’s cultural self-confidence and building a harmonious and stable rural society.The research paper is guided by the discourse on cultural construction by classic Marxist writers and Chinese leaders of all ages,and summarizes the theoretical basis for the revitalization of rural culture in the new era.To achieve the revitalization of rural culture,it is necessary to explore the practical difficulties faced by China’s rural cultural construction.By using a special case analysis and research method,Ganning Town,Wanzhou District,Chongqing,is selected as a sample to deeply understand the basic overview of Ganning Town.Through on-site investigation of the current situation of rural cultural revitalization in Ganning Town.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Ganning Town has achieved high coverage of grassroots cultural positions,sustained deepening of civilization creation,and relative development of cultural industries in rural cultural revitalization.Although Ganning Town is a demonstration town for rural revitalization in Chongqing,there are still some objective problems,such as the relatively weak material foundation of cultural construction in rural cultural revitalization,the lack of management and guidance of public culture,the shortage of cultural construction talent team,and the insufficient motivation for rural cultural revitalization in Ganning Town.The above problems should be viewed dialectically and analyzed layer by layer.The main reasons for these problems are the imbalance of urban and rural economic development,the uncoordinated allocation of urban and rural Cultural resource management,the limitations of rural regional transportation,and the growing hollowness of rural areas.Based on the in-depth study of the demonstration sample of Ganning Town,Wanzhou District,Chongqing,this paper analyzes the individuality of its research object,and strives to explore the essential attributes and development laws of rural cultural revitalization in China.Thus,a comprehensive optimization exploration is proposed at four levels of creative and operable rural cultural revitalization: firstly,to strengthen the value guidance of rural cultural revitalization;Secondly,improve the modern public cultural service system in rural areas;Thirdly,strengthen the talent support for rural cultural revitalization;The fourth is to strengthen the policy guarantee for the revitalization of rural culture.Ensure an organic combination between theoretical foundation and practical logic,in order to make the beautiful vision of comprehensive rural revitalization a reality as soon as possible.
