Research On The Development Of Rural Cultural Industry In Fuzhou From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The Party and the State have always attached importance to the "three rural issues".Since the report of the 19 th Party Congress proposed the new initiative of revitalizing the countryside,the Party and the State have issued a series of guiding policies and documentations one after another,and all parts of the country have prepared and implemented strategic plans for revitalizing the countryside according to local conditions,aiming at solving the main contradictions of society in the new era and achieving the dream of rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Implementation of Countryside Revitalization Strategy brings development opportunities to the rural cultural industry,which greatly empowers rural revitalization due to its economic,cultural and ecological values,and the two are closely related.At present,several problems still exist in China’s rural cultural industry,and it has not yet fulfilled the requirements of the countryside revitalization strategy for the development of rural cultural industry.Guided by Marxism,based on the background of rural revitalization and following the law of rural cultural industry development,this paper provides insights into the development status of rural cultural industries in Fuzhou from both theoretical and practical levels,and explores the specific paths for the development of rural cultural industry in Fuzhou.The paper is primarily organized in five parts.The first part outlines the setting and the research meaning of this subject,reviews the relevant literature,summarizes the research status of rural cultural industry development at home and abroad,introduces study ideas and methodologies,and indicates the difficulties and innovation points of the research.The second part firstly expounds the concepts of rural revitalization strategy,cultural industry and countryside cultural industry,and then elaborates the theoretical basis of this paper from the "theory of spiritual production" of Marx and Engels,the cultural thoughts of the Chinese Communists before the 18 th National Congress,and Xi Jinping’s relevant discourse on cultural industry.The third part of the paper analyzes the connection between the strategy of rural revitalization and the development of rural cultural industry,and argues that the two are complementary to one another.Meanwhile,this part also clarifies the new requirements for the development of rural cultural industry from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy.The fourth part,based on the actual development of rural cultural industry in Fuzhou,For the achievements made in the construction of the rural cultural industry of ancient town architecture in Shangjie Town,Minhou County,the rural cultural industry of Songkou Town,Yongtai County,and the rural cultural and creative industry in Huanxi Town,Jinan District,sum up experience,the research and analysis in Fuzhou rural cultural industry development still exists in the development,protection and management issues.The fifth part discusses the principles and specific countermeasures for the development of rural cultural industry in Fuzhou from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy.Firstly,the principles that should be followed in the development of rural cultural industries are expounded:optimize the allocation of resources,protection development in parallel,the characteristic and diversity combining,and seeking truth from facts.Secondly,on the basis of adhering to these principles,specific countermeasures for the development of Rural Cultural Industry in Fuzhou City are proposed from the perspectives of industrial digital development,talent team construction,development mechanism,and market system.Industrial prosperity...
