| The female high school students are in the stage of maturing in body and mind,and their attention to their appearance is increasing,which is easy to cause psychological burden.It is necessary to explore the relationship between negative appearance cognition,evaluation fear and social avoidance distress,so as to provide theoretical guidance for schools to take countermeasures.This paper explores the influence of negative appearance cognition and evaluation fear on social avoidance distress of female high school students and the intervention measures.Taking a high school in Huaibei city of Anhui province as an example,650 questionnaires were distributed by random cluster sampling.Descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to describe the differences in demographic variables such as grade,singleton,BMI,appearance perception,ethnicity,family origin,etc.On this basis,the evaluation of female high school students for fear of mindfulness intervention study,the results of pre-test and post-test analysis of the results of the corresponding intervention strategies.The results showed that there were significant differences in BMI and perceived appearance among female senior high school students(P < 0.05),but no significant differences in grade and only child(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in BMI and appearance perception among female senior high school students(P < 0.05),but no significant differences in grade and only daughter(P > 0.05).Female senior high school students’ social avoidance distress has significant differences in nationality,grade and other aspects(P < 0.1),significant differences in BMI value and appearance perception(P < 0.05),and no significant differences in family origin and whether they are the only child(P > 0.05).Negative appearance cognition and evaluation fear of female high school students were significantly correlated with social avoidance distress(P < 0.01);Negative appearance cognition of female high school students were significantly correlated with social avoidance distress(P < 0.01);Negative evaluation fear of female high school students played a mediating role in the association of negative appearance cognition with social avoidance distress(P < 0.01).According to the analysis of the effect of mindfulness intervention on female high school students’ evaluation of fear,there is no significant difference between the test group and the control group in the test of difference in pretest scores(P > 0.05).Therefore,the effect of mindfulness intervention on female high school students’ evaluation of fear is significant.Therefore,schools should play a leading role in education,do a good job in group counseling,mental health education,self-acceptance and social skills,and then promote the healthy growth of female high school students. |
