Research On The Accessibility Of County Public Cultural Services From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand Coupling

Under the guidance of national policies such as the Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a Modern Public Cultural Service System,and through the continuous efforts of governments at all levels from all angles,the construction of public cultural undertakings in China has achieved remarkable results.However,it should be noted that at the new historical starting point,in the face of the new situation and new changes in public cultural demand,China’s public cultural construction needs to shift from "increasing quantity supply" to "seeking quality breakthrough".In order to adapt to this practice,it is necessary to accurately judge and scientifically evaluate the supply and demand of public culture.As an effective tool to measure the matching degree of supply and demand,accessibility evaluation can provide new ideas for evaluating the effectiveness of public cultural services and guiding the direction of public cultural construction.This paper studies the accessibility of county public cultural services from the perspective of supply and demand coupling,understands the research status through literature review and analysis,defines related concepts,and determines the theoretical basis.Based on the coupling mechanism of supply and demand,the supply and demand operation process system of public cultural services is connected with the accessibility evaluation dimension,and the accessibility evaluation index system of county public cultural services is constructed from the three dimensions of accessibility,acceptability and adaptability,and the index weight is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Questionnaire survey was used to obtain the survey data of the accessibility evaluation of public cultural services in H city,and descriptive analysis was carried out.The accessibility score was calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Based on this,this paper explores the strategies to improve the accessibility of county public cultural services.The study finds that the accessibility score of public cultural services in H City is at a high level,but the score of some dimensions and indicators is low,especially the construction of cultural positions in the accessibility dimension,the professional talent team,the degree of public response in the adaptability dimension,and the dynamic adjustment ability.According to the empirical analysis results,combined with national policies and social reality,It proposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of cultural infrastructure,improve the multi-subject supply mechanism,cultivate cultural professionals,create demandoriented service models,promote the sinking of excellent cultural resources,improve the digital coverage of resources,stimulate citizens’ awareness of cultural rights,smooth the channels for demand expression and feedback,and tap local characteristics and innovative services.In order to improve the accessibility of county public cultural services.
