| Under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic,traditional Chinese teaching has been affected,and online teaching has become the primary choice.However,in the process of online teaching,due to the change of learning style,learning environment and other factors,a series of problems had arose during the online learning,which has a certain impact on the effect of students’ Chinese learning.This paper takes the online learning adaptation of Chinese learners in primary and middle schools in Thailand as the research topic,takes Chinese learners in Prachanukraw School in Thailand as the research object,Questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the current situation and differences of online learning adaptation.The results show that the online learning adaptation of Chinese learners in primary and middle schools in Thailand is average,and there are some differences in the ten dimensions.The online environment adaptation is the best,while the physical and mental health adaptation is the worst.In terms of online learning adaptation differences,there are significant differences among Thai primary and middle school Chinese learners with different online Chinese learning experiences and interests.There is no significant difference in online learning adaptation among students with different factors such as gender,grade,online learning tools and whether they are the only child.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview content,the following problems is found in the online learning adaptation.In terms of their own factors: students’ online autonomous learning ability is poor,and their online learning concept needs to be changed;online learning loneliness increases,physical and mental adaptation is not good.At the level of environmental factors: the online teaching model of teachers is traditional,and the particularity of online teaching is not taken into account in the teaching process;teachers’ supervision of online classroom is insufficient;online classroom interaction is less,lack of real Chinese learning environment;learning environment at home is noisy,online learning is easy to be affected;the function of online learning platform is single.In order to improve students’ adaptation of online learning,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the levels of students,teachers and environment,hoping to help Thai primary and middle school Chinese learners adapt to online learning. |
