| Intangible cultural heritage(hereinafter referred to as "intangible heritage"),As a national cultural heritage,it is an important component of traditional culture.Protecting intangible cultural heritage helps to develop cultural diversity and enhance people’s confidence in culture.In order to better protect intangible cultural heritage,China has decided to establish a cultural and ecological reserve,a zone that will serve to focus on the protection of representative intangible cultural heritage projects and ensure that their forms and connotations are fully protected and developed.The establishment of cultural and ecological reserve has brought China into a new stage of intangible cultural heritage protection and providing the world with a "China plan" for intangible cultural heritage protection.There are many ethnic minorities and rich intangible cultural heritage resources in northwest Yunnan China.In order to fully protect the intangible cultural heritage resources,Yunnan Province has established Diqing Ethnic Cultural and Ecological Protection Experimental Areas(hereinafter referred to as "Diqing Conservation Area")in Diqing and Dali Ethnic Cultural and Ecological Protection Experimental Areas(hereinafter referred to as "Dali Conservation Area")in Dali with the approval of the State Council.Both are collectively referred to as the "Northwest Yunnan Cultural Ecological Region"(hereinafter referred to as the "Northwest Yunnan Conservation Area").After the establishment of Northwest Yunnan Cultural and Ecological Conservation Area,the governments of Dali and Diqing have issued a series of regulations and policies to ensure the protection of intangible cultural heritage with dynamic characteristics of fluidity and productivity in the region.The governments of Dali and Diqing comply with the characteristics of intangible cultural heritage,including the protection of intangible cultural sites.Promote the comprehensive development of intangible cultural relics and tourism.Develop tourism to achieve the goal of protecting intangible cultural heritage and benefiting the public.Residents of Northwest Yunnan are historical creators and inheritors of intangible cultural heritage,as well as stakeholders in tourism activities.Their tourism perception and attitude have influenced the development of tourism in the Reserve.This article studies the tourism development of the Northwest Yunnan Cultural and Ecological Conservation Area from the perspective of resident perception.First,determine the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Secondly,explore and consolidate the relationship between intangible cultural heritage protection and tourism development,analyze the impact of tourism development on intangible cultural heritage protection and tourism development in the Northwest Reserve,and analyze the economic and social development of tourism.The culture and survey questionnaire were designed from the perspective of environmental impact.The statistical product and service solution(SPSS)software was used to calculate the average value of tourism development awareness data,and based on the data,the problems encountered in tourism development were analyzed.Finally,the answers to current tourism development challenges were proposed.Adhere to appropriate development principles,maintain public awareness,inherit ethnic languages and customs,protect the ecological environment of intangible cultural heritage,increase public participation in the tourism industry,and promote sustainable tourism. |
