Since the outbreak at the end of 2019,adolescent psychological problems,feel meaningless,self-injury self-harm,extreme events rate rising year by year,adolescent mental health increasingly cause the attention of the family,school,society,relevant departments pay more and more attention to adolescent mental health education,especially attention to adolescent life education.conform to the needs of teenagers,family,school,society,the author carried out the study of junior high school students’sense of life.In this paper,there are two studies,the study of a public school in Shenzhen,780 questionnaires,761 valid questionnaires,and the relationship of the cumulative family risk and positive psychological capital and coping methods in the study,20 participants with low psychological capital were randomly selected from the study to attend the group counseling,and 20 subjects were randomly selected as the control group.Study a by SPSS data analysis shows the following results:8 4.4%of junior high school students experienced at least a family risk,family structure risk of subjects has 63 people,accounted for 8.2%,the risk of family resources than 71.6%,the family atmosphere risk subjects accounted for 5 1.2%,rural junior high school students in family resources risk and family atmosphere risk is significantly higher than urban junior high school students,junior students experience higher family cumulative risk.There is no significant difference in the variables of whether the psychological capital is the only child and the residence location,and there is a significant difference in gender.The psychological capital of boys is higher than that of girls,and the psychological capital of grade two students is the lowest among the three grades.However,the positive coping method of boys is significantly higher than that of girls,and the positive and negative coping methods of only child are significantly higher than that of non-only child.Students in grade one and grade three are more willing to adopt active coping methods than students in grade two.Junior high school students have a high sense of meaning of life,and there is no significant difference in the sense of meaning of life in gender,the only child,the registered location and grades.The sense of meaning of the first and third three students is significantly higher than that of grade two students,and the significance of boys is significantly higher than that of girls.There were significant associations between family cumulative risk,psychological capital,positive coping style and meaning of life,Family cumulative risk was significantly associated with presence significance,not with significance seeking,no correlation between psychological capital and negative coping style,negative coping style was significantly associated with sense of life meaning and seeking,and was not associated with the meaning of existence.Through the analysis of the mediation effect,psychological capital and negative coping mode play a entirely mediating role between the cumulative family risk and the sense of life meaning,while the positive coping mode play no mediating role between the two.Study 2 the data of positive psychological capital and sense of life before and after the intervention were obtained were paired sample t test.In the experimental group,psychological capital,sense of life after is higher than the previous test,and it was also significantly higher than the control group,and there was no significant difference between the psychological capital and the sense of life,Therefore,it is concluded that the intervention of junior high school students through group counseling can improve the meaning ofjunior high school students.In conclusion,the family accumulated risk can significantly negatively predict the psychological capital,positive coping mode,meaning of life,can positively predict negative coping styles psychological capital and negative coping mode;Psychological capital and negative coping play a entirely mediating role between cumulative risk and sense of life。Group counseling intervention can effectively improve the psychological capital and sense of life of junior high school students.This study provides an effective demonstration of group counseling intervention for school life education,and reduces the corresponding risks in family education to improve the sense of life meaning of junior middle school students.
