Human manifested his nature of 'Gattungswesen'through technology which is the major differences from others. Technology progress, as a powerful and universal force, has penetrated into the base of human roots, and has resulted in the unprecedented changes and bewilderment of value alternations. But human being as entity bears value in the metaphysical meaning, is engaged in value alternation according to the objective and subjective measure and shows his nature of 'Gattungswesen'. The development and consummation of human are based on the technology progress and value alternation.The paper makes research on the inner relationship of technology progress and value alternation. The two categories are essential to the being and development of human. It regards the society as a big system, goes deep into the human being, and makes human being as the point of tangency to clarify the inner mechanism of the thing's development from the dimensions of philosophical annotation, logical perspective and case study in a dynamic and interosculant net by systematic method. This paper reveals the essential effects of technology in the origin of human and mundane life from fable and fact dimensions. But value alternation is necessary to the human praxis. In other words, Human is technological being and human is value being, the paper views these two propositions as the logical starting points of the paper to explore the mutual correlations dialectically and systematically.In this paper, it put forward the idea that technology progress is substantial premise of value alternation, elaborates on the way of technology progress shaping value alternation, including technology progress itself shaping certain value alternation, construing value alternations which are compatible with itself, and changing value alternations by providing new opportunities and causing new problems.
