| This paper has researched the 3·dimensional modeling,data construction,real texture mapping and texture edit of urban landscape,data exchange with 3D Studio and AutoCAD, developed the 3·D city modeling and visualization system(VCM&V) as one of series products of Digital Automatic Mapping System (VirtuoZo) by Visual C++ 5.0 for Windows 95/NT and OpenGL, integrated VCM&V with GIS software MapInfo Professional 4.0, build Urban 3·dimensional visualization GIS, and realized 3·dimensional visualization of digital chart .
