Mine Hoist, as a major coal production facility, has a direct influence to the mine production reliability, economy and other features. It is rather essential to study on the effective new technology of fault diagnosis for the mine hoist. The fault signal of mine hoist is non-stationary, nonlinear, and the transmission and attenuation characteristics is complex, while the source of information is often become mixed together. Therefore, study on knowledge system of fault diagnosing expert system for mine hoist, deeply analyze the fault events and their mutual relations, then classify and reasoning, is key technology of accurate diagnosis. The primary research of the dissertation include:(1) Combing with semantic-based knowledge representation, the artificial immune technology is applied in fault diagnosis system, and the architecture of mine hoist fault diagnosis system is built to satisfy the demand of data communion and providing data upward and to overcome data inconsistency and system deficiency.(2)Research on the semantic conceptual model of mine hoist fault diagnosis, by analyzing the in-depth knowledge of hoist failure, describing the fault process by the unified definition. Research on fault ontology construction technology based on analyzing fault process of mine hoist in complex environment, and verified the information by actual samples of mine hoist Fault.(3) Research on artificial immune reasoning method of fault diagnosis under the semantic environment. A sequential diagnosis reasoning method for mine hoist based on the noise tolerance, self-learning, memory and other self-organizing and self-evolution theory, and the process of immune response mechanism of artificial immune system. Research on the semantic editing model of the artificial immune system for fault diagnosis. Take full account of the complex property of the system, Presented the logic editing method with complex semantic expression ability.(4) Research on immune-matching algorithm combining the semantic similarity matching rules, by considering both characteristics of the match the rules in the logic of semantic editing model. According to the characteristic of mine hoist faults, a new method about extracting rules based on immune-particle swarm (PSO) optimization under the semantic environment was proposed.
