Mine hoist plays an important role in the process of coal mining.Whether it can operate safely or not determines the overall production capacity of coal mine and the life safety of staff.The main shaft system is the main working mechanism of the hoist,which undertakes the task of carrying weight and transmitting torque during the operation of the hoist.If it fails,it will directly affect the normal operation of the mine hoist,and even cause major accidents in the coal mine.Therefore,it is of great significance for coal mine safety production to carry out research on fault early warning and diagnosis methods of main shaft system of mine hoist.In this paper,taking the main shaft system of a mine auxiliary shaft as the research object,the ontology-oriented fault diagnosis method of the main shaft system is proposed,aiming at solving the problems of low diagnostic efficiency,low diagnostic accuracy and backward knowledge management in the current practice of the fault diagnosis method of the main shaft system of the hoist.This article mainly conducts in-depth research on the following aspects:(1)An ontology-based fault diagnosis framework for spindle system isproposed.Based on the analysis of the structure and fault characteristics of the main shaft system of multi-rope friction mine hoist,this paper classifies the faults of the main shaft system,and makes a one-to-one correspondence between various kinds of relations.Based on the theory of fault knowledge of mine hoist spindle system and introducing ontology technology,the framework and process of fault diagnosis system of mine hoist spindle system based on ontology are put forward.(2)Ontology-based ontology knowledge base for fault diagnosis of mine hoist spindle system and database of hoist spindle system are established,and dynamic conversion between ontology database and database is realized.By understanding the concepts of ontology and the fault knowledge of hoist spindle system,this paper classifies the fault knowledge of hoist spindle system,defines it formally,and constructs the ontology knowledge base of hoist spindle system fault.On the basis of the existing mine hoist spindle vibration monitoring system,the database of the hoist spindle system is established with the database technology,and the dynamic conversion between the ontology database and the database is realized,which lays a foundation for the subsequent ontology-based fault diagnosis of the hoist spindle system.(3)A fault diagnosis method of the main shaft system based on ontology is proposed,which realizes the fault diagnosis of the main shaft system of mine hoist.The fault evaluation criteria of the main shaft system of mine hoist are established and imported into the rule base of fault diagnosis.By settingjudgment algorithm in the conversion code,the automatic inference of the main shaft system fault from ontology library is realized,and the corresponding fault phenomena,causes and sources are obtained.Finally,the above theory is verified by experiments.The test results show that the fault diagnosis ontology knowledge base of the main shaft system of mine hoist is complete and effective,realizes the sharing and reuse of fault diagnosis knowledge,and the diagnosis efficiency of the fault diagnosis system is high,the diagnosis results are accurate and reliable,which can provide effective basis for the fault diagnosis in the actual production practice process,thus effectively guaranteeing the safety of coal mine.
