Based on fall investigation and without some expensive steerable drilling tools and instruments, this paper, from the geological case of Mo 005 well area in MoBei oilfield, by making full use of the LWD & MWD & integrate logging data ,and combining the geology and engineering information of drilled well, carried out more scientific and deep research on the drilling method and techniques to follow the geological target while drilling the horizontal well, formed a set of theory & techniques practical and feasible , and ensured the drilling successful rate and oil-gas output in each well , and enhanced the whole economy benefit of exploration and exploitation for Xin Jiang oilfield corporation.The Research of drilling techniques to follow the geological target while drilling is an important subject of geosteering drilling. This study made a conclusion ç±²amely in order to realize following the geological target while drilling, on the basis of making a better geological and drilling design for horizontal well, we must make full use of MWD,LWD and integrate logging to carry out lithfacy identifying in real time, the LWD interpretation and formation evaluation, to set up geological model of target formation ,to select geosteering marked formation and compare simulative curves with LWD curves f to fix on the drilling direction of bit upper and declination, the position in target oil-gas layer, to revise borehole track in real time, to make it extend in reservoir better interval as possible.Lith identifying in real time is a very important and bask task. By the practical studying ,the author has a issue , in terms of well logging-facy identifying, on the basis of curve automatic classifying and reading , extract some reflecting lith parameter from the data and information while drilling to establish logfacy-lithfacy pattern, adopt gray conjunction method to recognize the rock type of drilling geological profile in real time. It is feasible and worth widely applying.Well logging interpretation and evaluation while drilling is another keytechnique. This paper ,based on normalizing well logging data while drilling and correcting depth into true vertical depth and calculating reservoir parameters and etc, combining the practical ease of MoBei oilfield, extracted logging and geological pattern characteristic of target oil-gas formation and geosteering mark formation, and used BP neural network and regressive analysis to create predicting mode of geosteering parameter to build relevant contrast curve; adopted geometry geosteering method to fix on die drilling direction of bit upper and declination, the position in reservoir, to judge the real drilling case. All finely solved the problem to follow the geological target while drilling for three horizontal welL These methods improve the drilling horizontal well ability by using the techniques to follow the geological target while drilling, and then it is convenient and practicable.OB the other hand, a study was made on die mechanics properties of steerable drilling tool which used in following the geologic target white drilling by the solid mechanics FEA method. The research mainly includes in cakalating quantitatively the steerable force's quantity, direction and tool face's direction , as well as the steerable tool's working situations and drilling parameters that effect on the steerable properties of steerable tool and well path controlling, which is necessary to follow the geologic target while drilling.Based on the last achievements in the field, a research on the dynamic mechanics properties of BHA with bended screwdrill during rotary drilling was done. The research results reveal the dynamic mechanics properties of BHA with bended screwdrill during rotary drilling.
