In the medium-end term of oil industry development, in order to increase production ratio of payzone, the technology of horizontal wells is being extended, and the number of horizontal wells is increasing, which has an important effect on continual development of oilfield. Increasing the speed in horizontal wellsis an effective method to improve the profit of horizontal wells. Therefore increasing the speed inhorizontal wells and decreasing the cost of drilling are becoming the most important for oilfielddevelopment. In the period of eighth five-year plan. of DaQing oilfield, the research on drilling and completinghorizontal wells in payzone of low infiltrative sandstone has been undertaken and accomplish, but thespeed of drilling is too slow. After the year of 2002, based on developing and applying the technologyachievement in the period eighth five-year plan, the speed in horizontal wells has been increasedremarkably. And the speed was increased by reasonably choosing bits, simplifying the well structure, optimizing bottom hole assembly, applying geological assistant navigation technology in thin payzone, improving the capability of trajectory control, advancing the mud property. This essay mainly discusses thedrilling technology in 31 lmm horizontal well, bottom hole assembly, optimizing drilling parameters, technology of trajectory control in horizontal wells, and the casing center degree in horizontal wells. Bythis way, the author hopes that this essay can be a help to realizing increasing production of oilfield, strengthening the marketing capability of drilling company, improving the production ratio, and finallyrealizing to maximize drilling profit.
