Based on the theory of dissipative structure,this paper carries out the safety research of mine production system from four aspects: "human","material", "environment" and "management" from the point of view of system engineering. By studying the openness of mine production system, away from equilibrium state, random fluctuation, non-linear interaction between elements, self-organization and so on.Stability and reliability. The safety entropy and energy are used as the object of study.The safety entropy describes the stability of the system, the reliability of the energy expression system, the study of its dissipation process, and the establishment of the safety entropy and energy of the mine production system.The safety evaluation index system of the mine production system is established, and the subordinate function is established according to the national standard and the industry standard. The comprehensive weight of each index is obtained by the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method, and the mine production system is developed according to the risk level Stability level table and reliability rating table. According to the mathematical model of safety entropy, the membership degree and comprehensive weight of each index are taken into account, and the system safety entropy is obtained.The stability of the system is evaluated. The correlation coefficient between the ideal mine production system and the actual mine production system is calculated by the statistical PEARSON function.The energy function of Liangjia coal mine production system is established, and the energy value of Liangjia coal mine production system is obtained by using the system safety entropy. The reliability evaluation of the system is carried out. Compared with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the results and error of the two evaluation methods are analyzed, Verify the accuracy and credibility of safety assessment methods based on safety entropy and energy.
