Laser marking technology is an important part of lasers in processing, laser marking has many special advantages that exceed other marking methods. Laser dynamic marking technology is a rising technology of lasers in processing. It has a number of features, such as high efficiency, no effect to production line. Laser dynamic marking technology touch upon several subjects, such as optics, machinery, computer and sensor. The technology core was monopolized by several foreign corporations and can't be used widely in China.The order of our research is to develop laser dynamic marking system that intellectual property belongs to us. We selected advanced acoustic-optic modulation diode laser-pumped solid-state laser as light source for processing. This kind of laser has many advantages compare to traditional light pumped manner, such as longer life, working more steadily, better beam quality, smaller volume. In order to process mobile parts, this system adopted photo-electricity coder as conveyer belt displacement sensor. A microprocessor measured and calculated the movement of the conveyer belt, and guaranteed real-time performance. Numerical control software is the core of this laser dynamic marking system. It will build up mathematical model and optimize the course of marking process. This system uses galvanometer and F-Theta objective to change sphere imagery surface into plane surface. Such construction was very fast, but led to some graphic distortion. To produce idle result, the software use Newton method of interpolation to calculate the correction data, and acquires favorable result.Several innovative achievements acquired during this research:Numerical control system for a widely usage was developed.A new compensation algorithm was putted forward.Numerical control software was developed.A new method for correcting graphic distortion was putted forward.Metallic parts were marked by advanced acoustic-optic modulation diode laser-pumped solid-state laser device.
