With the development of industry and the demand for processing precision more and more high circumstances, processing has been gradually crossed from the mechanical processing into the light processing times. This time span will promote the rapid development of laser technology. Nowadays, in the field of laser processing technology, the laser is modern processing equipment which is widely-used on the material surface marking, Opto-Mechatronics Integration, the combination of software and hardware of the modern advanced manufacturing technology and equipment.This paper researched the design and study of50W LD side-pumped laser marking system at the working wavelength of1064nm. Its principle uses the wavelength of808nm laser LD pumped Nd:YAG medium to generate large amounts of population inversion and under the action of Q switch puts high energy laser pulses at the1064nm, and then through the scanning galvanometer controls marking work.In the paper firstly, there are some theoretical researches on the Opto-Mechatronics system structure of laser marking system, the function realization, the device of the optical characteristics and laser resonator is calculated, designing a set of a machine system. Secondly, on the basis of the system constructs and designs the special processing system of the rotary marking system and the flying marking system, according to the characteristics of the modern processing technology, realizing the processing of the non-graphic material surface and the production line and achieving the standard of industrial automation, combining the system with modern production processing to increase the practical applications and work efficiency. Finally, using the experimental data to verify the laser marking control system is feasible, accurate and stable, achieving the design requirements.
