As the maturity of laser marking technology,Laser marking is widely used as aproduct of the graphics and text processing,Laser marking machine is quickly appliedto the need to tag a variety of industrial products,With the continuous improvement ofproduct quality,Laser marking quality in industrial production are constantly improving,Also increasing demand for online marking detection. Use of visual inspection systemsto detect a higher demand for laser marking products,Therefore,for laser marking andvisual inspection systems research and development has huge development potentialand broad market prospects.The main topic is the use of the deformation in the production of semiconductorpackaging QUICKMARKTM laser marking machine with SRM Taping Machinemarking characters in real-time production and print defects mark quality problems.And marking parameters set to mark the quality of, Analysis of the quality of thedetection of laser marking for visual inspection of the laser tag system binary images,Laser marking grayscale image information, the main use of the system of visualinspection of the binary image threshold values to determine the threshold of the qualityparameters set to measure the mark, And optimize the process parameters of the processparameters and visual inspection of marking. The experimental results were discussedand analyzed to observe and record the actual work test and compare the results withtheoretical calculations to analyze the reason for the existence of bias. With the previousexperimental results,found deficiencies and shortcomings in the theoretical andexperimental research in the subject,to lay the foundation for future research.Through this study,the establishment of a more fitting to the actual parameters oflaser marking and quality assessment standard parameters,to provide a reliablereference for the marking system in the semiconductor manufacturing process parametersettings on the production of semiconductor packaging IC labeling and detection ofsurface text patterns have a certain reference value.
