Based on traditional wood fiber processing way at home and abroad, this paper draws up mathematical description theory of wood fiber, finishes the mathematical description theory of single wood fiber, sum up the reason of low density of wood fiber at microcosmos state, completed the laboratory study on Micron Flake Fiber High Strength Board (MFB), set up the forming methodology of this kind of wood-based panel. It drew up new theory system and processing way of MFB, bringing forth initiate new thought of MFB forming theory, breaking through traditional way of wood fiber forming method and traditional theory of forming fiberboard, opening up an new study area by using nanometer and micron technology, and filling the gaps in successful developed wood-based panel of our country. Meanwhile, this study studied on condition of cell splitting of micron wood fiber, pointing out the advantage of processing technology of micron wood fiber and method of micron wood fiber processing, and reason of power reduction by this kind of processing method. This paper also set up the reasonable rule of choosing cutting angle, find out the key problem and studied the mechanism of forming micron wood long fiber.This paper points out the importance of study of MFB, set up the basic thought of microcosmos theory and forming of MFB, made a theoretical prediction of the strength of MFB, imitated the cutting position of fiber cell of MFB, studied the video frequency description theory of wood fiber, made the geometry and projection changement of cell size. Also, this paper drew up the development meaning and usement future of MFB, point out the technological process of future production line and the equipment choosing method as well.This paper studied and analysed the main technological and ecomonic targets and market benefit of MFB, point out the role of MFB in structural material, analysed the industrialization and market future in China. This paper draw up the basic data of industrialized experiment and technological design, calculate the annual production and setup the technological process of industrialized experiment, finished the calculation of balance among equipments. In this study, the experimental equipment for produce micron wood fiber was designed and manufactured, and analysed the function and formation, the feed mechanism and cutting knives of the experimental equipment, finishing the experimental test of cutting direction of micron wood fiber., whiling craft, target, material and equipment demarcation of the experiment were all discussed, including discussion with single experiment factor and technological process of MFB.work out the ideal hot-press curve, pointing out the problems that should be payed attention to during experiment. This study testified the advantages of produce micron wood fiber such as high fiber production, low pollution and less water usage by mechanical method, drawing up a new scientific method of forming micron wood fiber at cell splliting level.Based on setting up mathematical model of wood fiber cell structure, this paper studied on the variation description method of wood fiber cell structure, at the same time, this item set up the judging rule of the smallest cutting thickness of micrometer wood fiber cell splitting, gaining the high strength MFB of poplar whose modulus reach above 5171MPa.This paper is with the National Natural Sciences Fund Item "Cell Variation and Forming Theory of High Intensity Micrometer Wood Fiber Board" for the subject source, and has got subsidizing of it.
