| Based on the in-depth analysis of the status and trend of micron wood chips and fiber processing equipment at home and abroad,this paper analyses the processing mechanism of ultra-thin wood chips and wood fibers,and deeply explores the principle of wood cutting,According to the processing mechanism mentioned above,a micrometer plane cutting test rig which integrates multiple processes is developed.The working procedure of the test rig for wood workpieces is determined by the analysis of the processing technology of the micrometer plane cutting test rig.Combined with the overall layout requirements and the way of movement of the test bench,the scheme of overall design is determined.The mechanical structure of each part is designed,and the relevant technical parameters are determined.Key parts such as cutting mechanism are mainly designed and studied.Model building,assembling and the engineering drawings making are completed by using SolidWorks engineering software.By using the Simulation of SolidWorks engineering software,the static analysis of key parts of the test rig is carried out,and the stress,displacement and strain nephograms of key components are obtained which is used to verify whether the strength and stiffness meet the requirements and the rationality of structural design.According to the specific structure that designed of the test rig,the prototype of the equipment is processed.The effects of compaction force,cutting speed,rake angle and back angle of tool,width of knife door and extension of knife edge on cutting performance and thickness of planned wood were analyzed,so that the combination of the above parameters which can produce the thinnest wood chips was found.Based on the analysis of the measured data,the planning parameters of the thinnest wood chips were finally obtained.As a new type of wood processing equipment,micrometer plane cutting test rig provides certain reference for further research of ultra-thin wood chips and wood fiber processing equipment. |
