Study On Strategic Environment Impact Assessment Resulting From Land Development And Consolidation Planning

This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of environment impact assessment resulting from land consolidation and development, establishes its work procedure and contents. The paper selects appropriate indices and standardization method, ascertains the weights of every index and builds the model to evaluate the impact on land sustainable use of the study area. This part is the emphasis of this paper. The assessment of landscape pattern impact is the innovation of the paper.The paper evaluates the environment impact resulting from Yanqing's land consolidation and development planning. In general the environment impact resulting from Yanqing's land consolidation and development planning is positive. So the Yanqing's land consolidation and development planning is feasible. The results show that the impact of social, economy, environment, and landscape patternsubsystem sustainable uses are positive. The negative impacts are those to water resource balance, biology abundance and landscape diversity. The countermeasures that could prevent or alleviate the bad environment effects are put forward.
