The determination and optimization of processing parameters have been analyzed and studied systematically in terms of the injection part quality controlled in this study. The problem of determination of the injection processing parameters, which mainly include injection velocity, injection pressure, melt temperature, mold temperature, clamp force, holding pressure, filling time, holding time, cooling time, screw rotation rate and back pressure, is a complicated and specially difficult work. Further more, there are many other assistant conditions should be set for cooperating with the processing parameters if you make a injection molding machine to run. The range of the injection processing for each processing parameter is different for a kind of specific polymer that has different rheology characteristic. The mainly aim of this study is to develop a methodology for selection a initial point in the space of the parameters allowance scope according to the part quality and production efficiency, and optimized the initial point under the every constraint. The final optimization points correspond to a group of processing parameters which can be used for injecting defect-free product, and make the quality criteria such as cycle time, mechanical impact and energy consuming optimum.The system of injection molding machine is a complex large scale system which is multi-variable, distributed parameters, discrete, intermittent work, time delay, nonlinear, strong coupling. Many problems in injection molding machine are difficult to describe with conventional quantitative model. It is very difficult or impossible for us to set up its precise mathematical model. The selections of the processing craft parameters and the determination of the machine parameters are almost depend upon the human expertise experience and wisdom. The thought of the expert system is suitable for the occasion where theplant mathematical model had hardly established. Human intelligent and inference mode could be synthesized by fuzzy inference with language variable. Hence, the knowledge-dbase is set up based on the experience rule, the expertise knowledge and relationship of the fuzzy logic, and this kind of qualitative model which could be used to describe the parameters setting of the injection molding machine is...
