Fuzzy system and artificial neural network are the important developing directions of theintellectual control theory. They have the obvious mutual complementarities, which acceleratedfuzzy logic and artificial neural network forming a new research direction. The combination ofthe fuzzy logic and artificial neural network is the fuzzy neural system. It has the importanttheory meaning and the actual application value to use it in the research of complicatednon-linear system. It has been widely used in the automatic controlled field. Fuzzy neuralnetwork is one most promising field during artificial intelligence’s three important fields atpresent. It exerts great action at fuzzy control, fuzzy decision-making, expert system, modelidentification and so on at last ten years, its theory, model, algorithm and application technologyis important research problem in computer field and it receives high regard because of itsadvantage.This paper summarizes fuzzy neural network’s research actuality, development tide andapplication field in the article, expound basic conception of fuzzy logic system, artificial neuralnetwork, and fuzzy neural network, We Introduce the design principle of the injection moldingmachine control system, In this thesis, the injection molding machine barrel temperature controlsystem is studied and simulated according to its control characteristics of nonlinear, timevariability, disturbance and so on. The fuzzy neural network control algorithm is introduced tocontrol the system, reference to the BP neural network algorithm, it builds the preparation of acontrol algorithm based on the C language, the whole control system and the control systemsimulation, the simulation results show that the accuracy of temperature control has beensignificantly improved; Finally, according to the control environment in the barrel temperaturecontrol system, the study reveals that the fuzzy neural network control system possess a greatgeneralization ability, and provide the basis for practical application.
