The agriculture antibiotics had the characteristics of high effect and low toxic to plants, human and environment. Use the antibiotic to substitute or partially substitute the chemical pesticide to control the plant diseases should be the expanding direction. Although there were many reports about new kinds of antibiotics for controlling plant diseases, few of them could be used in the agricultural production. Because in china many study is on the screening and evaluation antibiotics, and few study is on the their ferment technique, purification, identification the molecule structure of antibiotics and other backward process, so some antibiotics had good effect in vivo but had not capitulation for industrial production. Especially in controlling the pest of vegetable and fruit, there are still very few agricultural antibiotics could be used. Otherwise, most of the successful agricultural antibiotics in China were the copier of the product of other countries. So it is important for us to develop the new agricultural antibiotic product which we could have our own property right to satisfy the need of agricultural production and market of China.This paper is studying on the isolation technique, purification, identification the molecule structure of the new agricultural antibiotics 2507 which can controlling oomycetes developed by Plant Protection Institute of Guangdong Academy of Agriculture Sciences . The research work and its results are as follows:1. The extraction process of 2507 was studied systematically. The dynamics model of the extraction process of actinomycetic mycelium was founded. It is testified that the extraction process of 2507 has two controlling step: the diffuse of the activity component of 2507 inside mycelium and the phase transfer of the activity component of 2507 through the cell membrane. The extraction condition is optimized that the solvent of extraction in first time is 60% aqueous acetone and the solvent of second time is 40%; the ratio of mycelium to solvents of extraction is 1:3;the time of extraction is 1 hour. In this condition, the quantity of the activity component of 2507 extracted from per gram mycelium in first time is 370μg/g, and...
