With the continuous development of materials science,the application of resin in medicine and chemical industry,food,wastewater treatment and waste gas treatment is more and more extensive,Among all kinds of resins,macroporous adsorption resin and ion exchange resin are widely used,especially in the separation and purification of antibiotics?The technology of separation and purification of adsorption resin and ion exchange resin has been applied to natural and synthetic drugs in China since 1970 s.With the progress of the times and the development of society,It has been widely used in the separation,purification and purification of antibiotics.However,there are many types of macroporous and ion exchange resin,Different materials,methods and technological conditions used in the synthesis result in different types of resin structures and properties,the selection of adsorption resin and ion exchange resin is a research direction.The main content of this study is the application of different types of macroporous adsorption resin and ion exchange resin in the separation and purification of cephalosporin C.Cephalosporin C is an important intermediate in the production of 7-ACA,The effect of separation and purification from fermentation filtrate will have a very important effect on the final quality and cost of 7-ACA.In this paper,different types of macroporous adsorption resin and ion exchange resin samples were collected from various resin manufacturers at home and abroad,A study was conducted using the three most important process steps in the isolation and purification of cephalosporin C from collected resin samples,Study on the optimum effect of the resin samples used in three process steps,Finally,the three most suitable resin types were obtained to be extended to production.Pretreatment,adsorption desorption and decolorization are the most important steps in the separation and purification of cephalosporin C,Through the selection of resin,the fermentation filtrate with cephalosporin C as the main component was pretreated,Three types of macroporous adsorption resins,A1,A2 and A3,were selected,Experimental study on the transmittance and effective residue of the filtrate after treatment of fermentation filtrate,Get the best performance of A2 resin protein isolate and pigment.The adsorption ability,separation effect and extraction yield of cephalosporin C by using B1?B2?B3macroporous adsorption resin were studied experimentally,A B3 type macroporous adsorption resin is better than the other two resins in all aspects.Decolorization of the material and selection of the selected C1?C2?C3 three ion exchange resins in the treatment capacity and adsorption residue of experimental research,C1 ion exchange resin is better than the other two resins.
