In this paper, the preparation process of stable γ-A100H Sol with ultrafine particle and narrow particle size distribution was described, the influence of preparation conditions, such as hydrolytic temperature, the type and the concentration of peptizator, the mole ratio of water to aluminium isopropanol, the type and the amount of catelyst, the time and the temperature of ageing, on the quality of γ-A100H Sols and on physico-chemical properties of γ-A100H Sols was discussed. The influence of preparation process parameters, such as the amount of additives, the weight ratio of binder to plasticizer, dipping time, the preparation procedure, ageing conditions, dry conditions, calcination conditions, on the quality of mesoporous γ-Al2O3 membrane was investigated, the matching relationship between the viscosity of dipping Sols and structure parameters of ceramic tubes were preliminary approached. V-P-Co-Ce-O muti-component metal oxide membrane over mesoporous γ-Al2O3 membrane was prepared by impregnation method, the morphology, gas permeability, pore size distribution of membrane obtained and the distribution of metal elements in membrane obtained were studied in detail, the properties of fresh and used membrane catalyst, such as the crystalline structure, the surface oxidation state and the distribution of active oxygen species, were compared with those of tranditional V-P-Co-Ce-O catalyst, V-P-Co-Ce-O muti-component metal oxide membrane obtained was applied in a non-fuel cell type catalytic...
