This paper considered the status of existing dust devices and analyzed the advantages of technical and resource. The dust device ofα-Al2O3 ceramic membrane tube was developed on the basis of wide researching and theoretical studying. The key part of device was to bondα-Al2O3 ceramic membrane tube and metal plate. There were many technical difficulties through inspecting on present welding method of ceramic and metal. This experiment used adhesive bonding method to implement the linking of Al2O3 ceramic membrane and metal because of its simple, low cost, wide adaptability and mass production. The main task of the following:Analyzed the influences in different technical factors of bonding strength. Bondedα-Al2O3 ceramic membrane tube to 20# steel by four groups of corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high-temperature endurable adhesives. Tested the tensile strength of adhesive bonding samples at constant temperature, on this basis , selected two groups of ideal adhesives and further detected at 250℃,400℃,550℃,700℃temperature. Researched the bonding parameters and the interface structure of joints. Analyzed the type and distribution of reaction productions and the interface bonding mechanism ofα-Al2O3 ceramic membrane tube/adhesive/20# steel joints by XRD and SEM. The results showed that the adhesive bonding method was reliability and good gas-tightness, could fully wetting and permeating to the surface and microspores of ceramic membrane playing a mechanical embedding role, could format the tenacious gel adhesive layer through curing and rallying from liquid to the solid-state , could obtain a certain strength and mechanical properties after curing, could transfer stress and resistant damage, could improve the mechanical strength of the bonding interface and abtain good linking joints. The adhesive bonding method of ceramic to metal could not only meet the requirements at constant temperature conditions but also meet the requirements at the high temperature conditions. This experiment laid the foundation for establishment ofα-Al2O3 ceramic membrane dust remover and provided a reference for bonding ceramic to metal under normal circumstances. This studying would have a wide range of adaptability and promote the using in the engineering.
