In this thesis, the homopolymerization of N-maleoyl-glycine(GMI) and N-maleoyl-alanine(AMI) , the copolymerization of N-maleoyl- glycine(GMI) with methyl methacrylate (MMA) and the microemulsion copolymerization of N-maleoyl-alanine(AMI) with styrene(St), methyl methacrylate(MMA) have been investigated in detail. The main contents and results have been outlined as follows:1.The copolymerization method and the influence factor of the sequence distribution of chain have been introduced and the development of mocroemulsion copolymerization polymerization has also been introduced. The development and current situation of the functional material of chirality N-substituted maleimide and derivates have been made a comprehensive survey. On the basis of analysis and summary of research of the predecessors, synthesis of good functional of N-substituted maleimide has been prospected and the main research contents of this study have been brought forward.2. By using the maleic anhydrate, glycine, L-alanine as raw materials, Two monomers N-maleoyl-glycine(GMI) and N-maleoyl-alanine(AMI) have been successfully synthesized, appropriate solvent and catalyst have been selected and the aftertreatment of middle production have been studied. The optimum conditions have been determined.3. The homopolymerization of N-maleoyl-glycine(GMI) and N-maleoyl-alanine(AMI) have been proceed smoothly. The effects of initiator concentration, monomer concentration and temperature on the homopolymerization have been discussed. The dynamics of the homopolymerization has been studied and the dynamic formulation of homopolymerization has also been build. By the Arrehenius equation, the activation energy Ea (Ea=101. 62KJ/mol) and the frequency factor A (A=1.5 × 1013mol l-1s-1). The chirality factor of homopolymer of AMI has been investigated and the reason of chirality of homopolymer has been studied. The homopolymers have been characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, DTA et al.4. The copolymerization of GMI and MMA in various feed ratios in different polarity solvents (benzene, dioxane, 2-butanone,...
