The electric-hydraulic servo control system for Linear friction welding(LFW) is one of themost advanced method to use the hydraulic servo technology in LFW.This new technology hasbeen widely researched in the outside,and has been used in the aeroanufacturing. LFW is a keytechnique to manufacture and maintain high thrust-weight ratio aero engines. LFW curtail theperiod of manufacturing product, and improve the quality of the blade-and-disk (blisk), andreduce the costing. Owing to the development of the manufacture technique of the aero enginesblisk, and the advantage of the blisk of dissimilar materials, and the foundation of this techniquein our country, LFW has been ranked among national "yi shi wu"emphasis research items byCommission of Science Technology and Industry for National Defence.LFW come into research in our country. The study and application of LFW will developnational aero manufacturing technology. This investigation is very necessary and actual toaerospace industry.Base on the above background, and with the support from the item"15 ton hydraulic servosystem of Linear friction welding"(Beijing Aeronautical Manufacturing Technology ResearchInstitute relegate this item to Beijing Research Institute of Automation for Automation forMachine-Building Industry), the electric-hydraulic servo system of Linear friction welding aredesigned. Theoretic study and experimental data analysis is subsequently been done.In view of LFW characteristic, such as high frequency, great flow capacity, nonlinearity,we design the electric-hyclraulic servo system of Linear friction welding. LFW equipment havebeen manufactured and welding experiment on workpieces have been made.It are established in this article of mathematical models of LFW frictional vibration servosystem and upset forging servo system. It are emphatically analyzed of dynamic characteristicsof servo valve and hydraulic cylinder in frictional vibration servo system. And then the flowchart of system model is made and primary parameters are calculated.Based on analysis of nonlinear friction load in linear friction welding progress, the friction Based on analysis of nonlinear friction load in linear friction welding progress, the frictionseparation algorithm is brought forward. This algorithm separate friction force from hydraulicexciting force and has been used in the welding experiment. The friction separation algorithmprovides basic theory and technique for farther research of LFW or in correlative domains.Based on the friction separation algorithm, it has been written of the least square methodprogram. This program handles friction experimental data and works out the simulate curvefunction. This function make follow-up friction disposal and investigation quite simply.According to LFW technologic characteristic and the simulate curve function, thecalculating method of heatedly power in friction welding progress is been work out. And thenthis paper analyzes the selective principle of friction welding parameters and the influence ofthese parameters to hydraulic system design. Lastly, in virtue to computer modeling andsimulation technique, It is emphatically analyzed of the influence of friction to frictionalvibration system.The research results establish foundation to the follow design and study of the linear frictionwelding.
