The Research Of Hydraulic Linear Friction Welding Machine Controlled With SCM

Linear friction welding is a crucial technology for developing high thrust loading aero-engine. The application and popularization of linear friction welding can accelerate the development of aero-engine manufacturing absolutely. It has been researched early aboard, and has been extensive used to manufacture and repair integrally turbine blisk. In order to smash up a monopoly aboard, it is urgent need to begin the research of linear friction welding machine that has independent intellectual property rights.In this thesis, a single chip controller with 89C52 as core for hydraulic linear friction welding machine is developed, the hardware and software program are designed. Three control modes have been worked out, such as time-control, deformation-control and power-peak control. Each model realizes automatic control in linear friction welding. This control system can exert the traits of the micro controller unit adequately. It has a good user-interface which can set, collect, display and save the welding parameters easily. Employing Linear Optocoupler LOC110 in signal regulating circuit, signal earth is effectively separated from digital earth. Both process adaptability and joint quality are improved due to the changing pattern and adjustable range of oscillation frequency which can be widening greatly by integrating converter technique with microcomputer controller. The sampling of deformation, power and the pressure curve of pressure pipeline provides a basis for improving joint quality and studying welding theory.The control system designed has been debugged successfully. A series of welding experiments of TC4 material have been conducted. The results of performance measurement test show that tensile-strength, contraction of cross sectional area, elongation percentage, dynamic ductility of the weld all exceed their base metal.All test results prove that the control system works well, meets the request of the welding technology fully. The welding machine has been engineering application.
