The Study On The Ecological Functional Regionalization And Control Countermeasures In Changchun City

With the rapid grows of city in china and the development of city economy, the tremendous environmental pressure and many eco-environmental problems have severely blocked the realization of urban sustainable development and affected the health of inhabitant. It is imperative to establish the stratagem of urban development and the methods of ecologic protection based on the ecologic function and structure of district.Based on the theory, principle and method of ecologic regionalization and regulation, the case study in Changchun city is presented in this thesis. The rule of ecological special difference of Changchun city is achieved after the surveying, analyzing and evaluatingof status quo of the ecology system. Finally, the mode of ecological regulation based on regionalization is set up based on the case study of Jinyue economic development area. The main contents and conclusions are showed as follows:(1)The theories of ecological regionalization and control were built by integrating the theories of complex ecological system, urban ecological system, landscape ecology, geographical division and ecologic regulation. And the principles, contents and methods for ecological regionalization and control were also described in detail in this thesis.(2)The special different of urban ecological system in Changchun city were distinguished by using the methods of ecological sensitivity analysis, landscape pattern analysis, ecological value analysis. The ecological service value and ecological function characteristic were also analyzed, the adaptivity for industry, agriculture and living was investigated in the area of city, which grounded the ecological regionalization.(3)The spacial difference characteric of Changchun city was analzed from the different aspects of structure and function of ecosystem. The ecologic districts were divided as three classes units according to the heterogeneity and ranking theory. The first rank of ecologic division is achieved according to the landform. As the second rank division is according to the landscape structures and functions with the results of landscape pattern analysis and land use adaptive and ecological value evaluation and integrations of administration boundary. The third rank division is achieved by ecological protect objective and the results of ecologic sensitive analysis, such as domestic water use district, river protected area, water and soil protection district, ecological city districts, ecological agriculture district.(4)The control modes and contents of ecological economic, ecological environment and eco-society in Changchun was put forward according to the different aims of ecological function, structures and function differnce in different districts.(5)According to the results of ecologic function regionalization, the Jingyue economic development district was selected as an example to study the control measurement. Jingyue is an ecological protected area, which has high ecological value and is suitable for living and industry. The ecological regulation systems of Jingyue were put forward from the aspects of ecological economic, ecological environment and eco-scociety sysems, which include as follows:The development of sight seeing and special agriculture; the construction of ecological industry by integrating the light-electronic,transportation and machine, biomedicine,etc.
