Reserving cultivated land resources is an important source to replenish cultivatedland, and to achieve the total dynamic balance of regional cultivated land as well as animportant way to mitigate food safety issues. Due to long, widespread of excessiveland development activities, it leads to a large number of reductions of the back-uparable land, which is suitable for the development, and results in serious deteriorationof the ecological environment problems. Study on influence mechanism of ecologicalsensitivity on the development of area reserve arable land resources, to effectivelyanticipate and prevent adverse ecological problems, and designing rational andorderly exploitation policy of reserved cultivated land resources to achieve sustainableland use is of great theoretical and practical significance. This thesis through the evaluation of suitability of land resources developmentcombined with the sensitivity analysis of land use change in both studies. First, fromsoil quality, terrain, climate, and natural landscape of three aspects establishedChangchun arable land reserve resources Suitability evaluation indicators model, thenusing Analytic Hierarchy Process determine the each indicators weight, based on theArcGIS software platform completed data calculation processing process, whileconsidering the limits of related ecological planning on arable land reserve resourcesdevelopment, eventually evaluation Changchun suitable development of arable landreserve resources scale and space distribution, and forecasting planning period arableland reserve resources of development plans. Based on land use data in Changchun of1997-2011years, propose building a relationship between the land use intensity withthe ecosystem service value to represent the ecological sensitivity, carry out theEcological Sensitivity Analysis under the land-use change, researched the responsemechanism of reserve Cultivated land resources of development by the land-use activities. In the two-part studied on the basis of the above, measures and analyzes thelevel of ecological sensitivity of planning period land resources development. In this thesis, research results show that: the total amount of reserve cultivatedland resources is57,261hectares in Changchun City in2010, of which suitable todevelopment of these parts only38.3%, an area of21,929hectares, and appear to beconcentrated on the spatial distribution of in Nongan County, remaining followed byJiutai city, Dehui city, Shuangyang district, Yushu city and urban area; eco-sensitivityindex under land use changes in Changchun from1.79in2001to2.77in2011,exploitation of reserved cultivated land resources is the main way to balance a varietyof area, to a large extent affects the level of ecological sensitivity, overall change onecosystems land use in Changchun City in1997-2011the sensitivity of response is notso dramatic; eco-sensitivity index forecasting by planning period reaches3.6,belonging to the low-sensitive areas, and increasing than other years.
