It has been found through significant literature that there have been an increasing number of classroom learning environment research studies employing student perceptual data over the past 30 years, however rarely has there been a classroom learning environment study in chemistry class in china and Jordan, so this study is very important to validate the science Laboratory Environment Inventory (SLEI) ' actual and preferred forms' of the SLEI among undergraduate students in both of China and Jordan, To compare the country differences perceptions actual and preferred towards Chemistry Laboratory Environment, to compare the differences between students' and teachers' perceptions actual and preferred towards Chemistry laboratory learning environments, to compare the gender differences perceptions actual and preferred towards Chemistry Laboratory Environment. The Science Laboratory Environment Inventory (SLEI), which has five scales for assessing student cohesiveness, open-endedness, Integration, Rule clarity and material Environment, is specifically suited to science laboratory environments at the higher education level, in the present study personal form was using. The sample consisted of 311 male and 285 female chemistry students distributed on HuaZhong Normal University (HZNU) (137 male and 175 female), Jordanian University (JU) (174 male and 110 female).According to this study results, significant difference were found between: students' perceptions towards actual and preferred Chemistry laboratory learning environments; teachers' perceptions towards actual and preferred Chemistry laboratory learning environments; students' and teachers' perceptions actual and preferred towards chemistry laboratory learning environments; gender differences perceptions actual and preferred towards Chemistry Laboratory Environment; also country differences perceptions actual and preferred towards Chemistry Laboratory Environment. The results of the present study were comparing with many early studies, some differences were detected.
