Compression stockings is a kind of human health functional textiles which could preventvaricose veins and relieve leg fatigue. As a medical feature knitted products, both of which canbe used in clinical treatment, but also as a plastic body clothing to the general consumer market.Compared to traditional textiles, compression stockings have higher design requirements andproduction difficulty, but also has a higher value-added. In order to have good health benefits,compression stockings need to have the gradually decreasing pressure along the ankle upwardsto help promote venous return, reduce muscle fatigue and other effects. Therefore, the study ofcompression stockings and pressure distribution of the production process is the focus of thecurrent pressure socks studies.Paper studies the performance of the process and taking pressure socks, applications fabricstructure modeling to study the impact of the coil winding shape and length of the fabric pressuredistribution changes. Combined with the selection of raw materials, research applications, andcompression stockings knit combination of technology, so that compression stockings to meetthe requirements of the pressure distribution. Methods The experimental study on stress testweaving stockings pressure test analysis to verify the correctness of the findings. Conclusions areas follows:(1) Compression stockings should adopt spandex and nylon filament yarn as the main rawmaterial, in order to meet the pressure and wear requirements. Through in-depth research andprocess parameters are accurately set the coating process, the elastic covered yarn with goodflexibility and abrasion resistance. When using material combinations70D Lycra+40D PA+40DPA elastic wrapped yarn breaking strength of269.0cN, breaking strength2.15cN/dtex,elongation at break of395%. Yarn can well meet the requirements of compression stockings.(2) Studied the density control of compression stockings key parts of the weaving processand the different sections. Studied the density control pressure socks socks, socks with other keyparts of the weaving process and the different sections, the design of the corresponding machineparameters, by adjusting the process parameters of socks to control the length and density of thecoil compression stockings the purpose of distribution to the different sections of the pressure toachieve a reasonable presentation.(3) Using non-uniform rational B-Spline Spline model jersey coil by calculating the parameters of the model coil structure analysis, we can more accurately describe the change inpressure stockings in shape and length of the coil change in pressure distribution.(4) Designed to stress test experiments of compression stockings. Using simulated humandummy wearing compression stockings, pressure compression stockings in different parts of thepressure test points were measured. Based on LabVIEW programmed test software system, youcan get the actual pressure distribution of compression stockings. Experimental results show thatthe theoretical research and actual test results are consistent pressure distribution.Thesis of compression stockings selection of raw materials and composite applications,Covering yarn research and understand the mechanism of compression stockings weaving, andcompression stockings pressure distribution theory discussion, study the production process andwearability made useful for compression stockings research, with some guidance and referencevalue for compression stockings production and product development.
