Spectral sensitization is a key technique to the optical information record and store, so the further study on the microscopic mechanism of photosensitive material by spectral sensitization technique is significant and valuable to theory and application. In this paper, using microwave absorption dielectric spectrum detection technique and theory simulation, the photoelectron decay dynamics of spectral sensitization cubic AgCl microcrystals is studied. The influence of dye on silver chloride surface structure by spectral sensitizing technique is measured, and the photoelectron decay dynamics rule of silver chloride with different surface structure is obtained. It is the first discovery that there are two actions about dye on the silver chloride:dye not only can accelerate the decay of photoelectron but also can slow down it.The photoelectron decay characteristic is researched when dye acts, and the time-resolved spectra of photoelectron in sensitized silver chloride is obtained. Comparing the temporal behaviors of sample excited with 355nm and 532nm respectively, the theory of photoelectron transfer is firstly confirmed by experiment. It is found that the photoelectron intensity of silver chloride is improved significantly by dye J- aggregate.Based on the analysis of the influence of various factor on the photoelectron decay, combining with the relationship between volume/area ratio and the photoelectron decay velocity, a commonly model of silver halide photoelectron decay dynamics is set up, and the equation of photoelectron decay and a method confirming basic parameter for silver halide are proposed.By using the commonly model, a model of photoelectrons decay for sensitized silver chloride sensitized is determined, and the mechanism about dye J-aggregate acting on AgCl microcrystals is discussed. The result shows:the decorating effect of dye only brings about the change of the energy level structure of AgCl surface, and the deep eletronic trap effect of dye changes the microstructure of silver chloride.
