Nowadays a variety of eco-environmental problems have posed a huge threat to our human beings. Our country is facing the same challenge during our economic development. In order to deal with the aforementioned issue, we need to strengthen the eco-environment governance and improve the effectiveness of the governance. Among all those researches about the eco-environment governance, the political science played a unique role. The eco-environmental problems are related to all people's livelihood and have a significant influence on people's overall, fundamental and long-term interests. The generation and solution to the environmental issues are both in correlation with politics and therefore is also a major political event. Hence, this passage holds the idea that it is hardly enough to look into the problem above from the eyes of economy, philosophy and technology. The visual threshold of political science has to be involved during the research and countermeasures should be put forward from the angle of it.The eco-environmental governance of the visual threshold of political science mainly refers to the process that the government, market and civil society and the multi-subject alike work interactively together to solve the eco-environmental problems through formal or informal system arrangements to achieve a good eco-environmental objective. The contemporary eco-environmental problem and its correlation with politics demand the political dimensions during the eco-environment governance. In contemporary Western countries, the rise of eco-politics reflects the political dimension of the eco-environment in the West. The eco-politics, which reflects the combination of the eco-environment and politics, is a new type of politics which re-examines the relations between nature and human, eco-environment and politics on the basis of a new understanding of the significant value of the eco-environment. China's eco-environment governance must have a correct eco-political orientation value. We can not simply copy the various schools of western eco-political theory, but can draw useful lessons from them. China's ecological environment governance must be carried out under the guidance of the scientific development concept. The Scientific development concept, which contains an abundance of eco-political connotations, is the leading action plan of China's eco-environment governance that best suits the needs of Chinese national conditions and practices. The main body of the eco-environment governance can not be confined to a single subject, but requires participation and cooperation of multi-subjects. Government, corporations, environmental non-governmental organizations and citizens all can play its own role in the eco-environment governance. Since the public goods property of the eco-environment, there are many defects in the market's allocation of environment resources. Therefore the Government must be in the dominant position of in the eco-environment governance and play a leading role. Of course, this does not mean that the Government should hold a monopoly position. Compared with other governance, the eco-environment governance needs more active participation of the social multi-subjects. In the eco-environment governance, there is interactive relation and influence of both cooperation and competition between the Government and non-governmental subject. This paper argues that, in the face of today's complex and serious eco-environmental problems, we can build a new environmental network governance model which requires the cooperation of multi-subjects. This model can achieve the goal which a single subject governance model can not reach, leading to the formation of a new path to the eco-environment governance. The aim of theoretical research is the real practice. This paper, using the empirical investigation method on the basis of theoretical research, makes a comprehensive survey of the current general situation of China's eco-environment governance. Then it discusses from the surface to the point, taking Kunshan City in Jiangsu Province as a case to investigate and analyze its eco-environment governance situation. In China, the government has played a leading role in the eco-environment governance in present-day society. With the development of history, the government's environment protection awareness and the level of its environmental protection practices are gradually increasing, playing an important role in promoting China's environmental protection development. But meanwhile, there are also various defects. In addition to the government main body, China's various types of corporations, environmental non-governmental organizations and individual citizens are playing an increasingly important role in the eco-environment governance, but it is still in developing process overall. As the head of China's hundred counties, Kunshan City, with its industrialization process on the national forefront, also becomes the first to face with the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection. However, Kunshan City, when developing the economy vigorously, carried out a lot of useful attempt in aspects of the eco-environment governance and the building of an ecological civilization, which also ranks high in the country. This paper, takes the case study of Kunshan city, makes a study analysis of its eco-environment governance status, practices and experience of the Kunshan government and non-government main body. It also makes recommendations to bring a useful inspiration of environment governance in other parts of China.China's eco-environment governance has a long way to go. Based on the various problems and deficiencies existing in the eco-environment governance in China, it is a fundamental link to propose a solution from the visual threshold of political science. This paper argues that China's eco-environment governance has to come from the optimization of a variety of environmental governance tools, the guidance of the scientific development concept, the intensification of the government's eco-environment governance incentive mechanisms, the promotion of public participation, the enhancement of the building of the environmental laws, the active participation of global environment governance and so on to effectively improve China's the ecological environment governance validity.
