Through the theoretical analysis about regional hydrogeology condition, and the same conditions of mine to be exposed, the runoff and excretion position of Pingshuo No.1 Shaft under the condition that the Danshuigou fault discourages the groundwater and medium mine hydrogeological conditions was determined. Based on "three maps and two predictions" method, using Taixi mining area of No.1 Shaft as prototype, through method of GIS-AHP superposition, the zone map of roof water which is analyzed by sufficient water and full of water was accomplished. With the actual production issues in mine and the outcome of transient electromagnetic exploration, the map and the results are verified each other. Based on the triple-zone divided, the engineering geological model was established through the theoretical analysis. The range of caving zone and height was attained by using numerical stimulation of FLAC3D. Overlaid the zone map of roof water gushing condition and division graph of caving zone, the water-inrush condition was generated. As the way, the risk and the next level risk zoning of caving zone that has been base of "two predictions" method were divided. The hydrology model of roof was established, and we utilized MODFLOW the groundwater flow simulation software to budget and evaluate the water-bursting inflows of previous and following the caving. And combinning with productive geological conditions and the water-inrush condition, the comprehensive control measures of five water sources were put forward.
