Study On Analysis Of Coal Mine Accident-Causing And Constraintly Autonomous Safety Management Mode In Coal Mine

The paper introduced Deming Model, HSE magement mode and du pont safety management model, analyzed the andvantages of these three management model, and eclucidate how to use them for reference in coal mines industry of our country. We find the relation order of indexes influencing the state of safe production of mine coal with grey relationship analysis,forecast the motility of coal mining, the rate of thousands wounded people, and the mortality in millions tons coal production in 2010 with regression model. Moreover, we studied the variation with time of various regulation-breaking beheaviors of Zhaogezhuang coal mine, finded the variation of unsafe acts and the disadvantages of traditional safe management model, and finally we gave the suggestions. Referring the safety culture characterized by du pont and analyzing the statistical data, we figured out that the management model of coal mine enterprise of Zhaogezhuang is in the injunctive and compulsory model stage of safe management medel developmental stage. We finally studied the relationship and mechanism between safty beheaviors and safe management and laying the foundation for safe management model basing on unsafe acts cnotroling.
